As per the recent updates, they have revamped the appraisal system in the game. So now you will have more detailed information about your Pokemon stats. Charge attacks will be more of swping and less of tapping. Once you start your charge move you will get the instruction to swipe your finger over series of icons on the screen.

If your Pokemon has pink batch with 3 stars, then your Pokemon is perfect. Pokemon also carries CP number along with star ratings which defines worth of your Pokemon. If your Pokemon has 0-star rating, then it is 50% perfect and 1-star rating means it is between 51 to 64.4 % perfect. 2-star rating means your Pokemon is 66.7 to 80% perfect and 3 stars rating with orange color gives your Pokemon 82.2 to 98% perfectness. 3-star rating with pink color gives your Pokemon 100% perfectness.

Update is available on android and ios both. It is out in US and will soon be released in other regions.
